Who is the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity—fully God, equal with the Father and Son. He is not an impersonal force but a divine Person with emotions, will, and intellect.
The Work of the Holy Spirit
1. Conviction of Sin
The Spirit convicts us of our sin and our need for salvation (John 16:8).
2. Regeneration
He gives us new life when we believe in Jesus (John 3:5-6).
3. Indwelling
The Spirit lives within every believer (1 Corinthians 3:16).
4. Empowerment
He gives us power to live the Christian life and serve God (Acts 1:8).
5. Guidance
The Spirit guides us into truth and helps us understand God's Word (John 16:13).
The Gifts of the Spirit
The Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts to believers for the building up of the church (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). These include:
- Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith

The Fruit of the Spirit
As we walk in the Spirit, He produces godly character in our lives (Galatians 5:22-23):

How to Walk in the Spirit
- Confess and repent of sin
- Be filled with the Spirit daily
- Obey God's Word
- Pray in the Spirit
- Yield to the Spirit's leading
